Motus Tech was founded in 2013 with a clear objective: to produce linear motion components with a level of quality and customization that the standard market could not offer.

In the beginning, we were a small team with clear ideas and a strong technical vocation. Like many startups, we relied on external processing for most components—carefully selecting suppliers while maintaining control over design and final assembly.

Over time, we chose to progressively internalize the most critical processes, investing in machinery, expertise, and processes. This gradual and conscious growth now allows us to produce 70% of machined components in-house, with direct quality control at every stage.

We have also developed internal management software and built a stable, close-knit team. Everyone working at Motus Tech knows the product, the process, and the customer—and this continuity translates into concrete reliability.
